How To Use Duopharma Glyprin 100mg Tablet 30s

This medicine is for oral use only. Swallow this medication as a whole with water. Do not chew, crush or break it. It is better to take this medication at a fixed time each day if it is indicated for everyday use.

1. I forgot to take Glyprin on a specific day. What should I do?
If you forgot to take one dose of your medication, please take it as soon as you realize it. But if the time to take the next dose is near then just ignore the dose that you forgot. In such situation, avoid taking the dose twice from what is advised.

2. I used over the Glyprin medication from the recommended quantities. What steps should I take?
If you think you took Glyprin more than the quantity advised, please refer to your doctor immediately. Consumption of the medication more from the dosage given might bring unwanted side effects.

3. Is it safe to take Glyprin  during pregnancy?
There are no information regarding the usage of Glyprin during pregnancy. You will have to refer to a gynaecologist for further information before taking the medication. The pregnant lady should evaluate the pros and cons of the medication with a doctor before consuming it.

4. Is it safe to use Glyprin medication when breastfeeding?

5. I took  Glyprin  which has been expired. What should I do?
Taking one dose of Glyprin that has expired might not bring any side effects but just to be careful, you should discuss it with your doctor as a precautionary step.

6. Is Glyprin  medication safe for use?
Glyprin is safe to be used if the dosage taken is as prescribed by the doctor.

As with all medications, you may experience some side effects. Not everyone experiences it. This is not a cause for concern. However, it is so that you are aware of it.

Besides these functions and uses of Glyprin, there are certain side effects that are related to this medication. Please refer to the list below:
  1. Nausea
  2. Vomiting
  3. Abdominal pain
  4. Reduced nutrient absorption
  5. Gastritis
  6. Stomach ulcer
  7. Anemia 

Although some of these symptoms usually happen, there are a few symptoms that rarely happen. If you experience any of these symptoms (either mentioned or not), please talk a doctor immediately. You also have to refer to a doctor if you experience blurring of vision or skin rashes. The above list may be incomplete and please also mention if you experience other symptoms than mentioned above. These symptoms might be revealed when one uses the medication for a long period of time.

CANCELLATION

  1. DoctorOnCall reserves the rights to cancel any orders if the product is not available for any reasons. DoctorOnCall will notify the Customer if that is the case and return any payment that the Customer have made. Refund will be credited into the Customer’s credit card or bank account depending on the period of time the Customer’s financial institution required to arrange for the refund.
  2. The Customer is not allowed to cancel the order once the order has been picked and packed by DoctorOnCall.
  3. Orders that requires a doctor/pharmacist consult will be automatically cancelled and refunded if the customer is unreachable after 5 attempts (within 2 working days). A cancellation notification will be sent to the Customer’s email.

  1. If the Product was delivered in a damaged or defective condition; or

  2. The Customer shall examine the Product(s) immediately upon receiving for any deficiencies and/or damages.
  3. Should the Customer meet the criteria of Clause 1 of the return and/or exchange criteria stated above, the Customer will need to contact our customer service via email contact@doctoroncall.com.my or call our hotline at 03 - 8048 2000 within one (1) day of receiving the product. DoctorOnCall reserves the right to reject the request for return and/ or exchange if not notified by the Customer within one (1) day of receiving the product.
  4. The Customer will be contacted by DoctorOnCall within one (1) day of request for return and/ or exchange to inform the Customer of the return and/ or exchange process.
  5. Upon approval of the Return and/ or Exchange request, the Customer is to deliver the affected Product back to the address of the vendor as stated on the parcel received
  6. The affected Products MUST be returned in its new, unused, original condition, with quantity and packaging was delivered to Customer.
  7. For rehab products, wheelchairs, electronic products, and medical devices, all products must be returned in its original packaging with cables, accessories, and documentations including manuals and warranty card intact.
  8. Failure to return the Product as described in clause 6 and 7 will result in a cancellation of the return and/ or exchange request, and any fees incurred in delivering the package back to the Customer will be borne by the Customer
  9. The return of a Product by a Customer does not automatically warrant for an exchange or refund. DoctorOnCall will inspect the returned Products upon receipt of the same. If the conditions in clause No. 6 and 7 of this Return and/ or Exchange Policy have been fulfilled, refunds/ exchanges will be made to the Customer, and the Customer will be reimbursed by DoctorOnCall for any courier charges incurred in returning of the Products. A courier payment slip is to be furnished to DoctorOnCall for the purpose of reimbursement.
  10. All replacements or exchange of Products shall be effected subject to stock availability. If a Product which was ordered and invoiced is not included in the delivery, DoctorOnCall shall either refund the Customer the value of that Product, or replace the ordered Product.
  11. If any Product which was not included in the Customer's Order is delivered to the Customer, DoctorOnCall shall collect the Product from the Customer. If a Customer is charged more than the value of a Product as displayed on the site when the Customer makes its Order, DoctorOnCall shall refund to the Customer the difference.
  12. All refunds will be made via the same mode of payment within 2 months. Customer's receipt of the refund will depend on the period of time the selected financial institution takes to finalise the refund. DoctorOnCall shall not be liable with respect to any loss, damage, cost or expense that the Customer or any person may incur as a result of any delay in the financial institution processing of the said refund.
