Dyna Dynamol 500mg Tablet is a paracetamol-based tablet from the Malaysian Dyna range, with each tablet containing 500mg of paracetamol, one of the most established and widely used active ingredients in Malaysian pharmacies. It is listed on Malaysia’s National Essential Medicines List and is sold as an over-the-counter (OTC) product, meaning it can be purchased without a doctor’s prescription. The Dynamol name also covers a related 650mg tablet strength sold separately, so it is worth confirming the exact strength printed on this pack before use.

The tablet is supplied in a standard oral solid dosage form, commonly packaged in blister strips of 10 tablets.
