Taking Sunward Polarine Syrup 60ml with alcohol may have additive effects in worsening the side effects such as headache and dizziness.No known side effects when used along with alcohol consumption.

Pregnancy Warning (Not Safe)
Sunward Polarine Syrup 60ml may be unsafe to use during pregnancy. There are limited studies to show the teratogenic risk of Sunward Polarine Syrup 60ml in both animal and pregnant women. However, there is data observed that use of Sunward Polarine Syrup 60ml causes irritability or sedation towards the newborn. Do not consume Sunward Polarine Syrup 60ml before consulting with your doctor. Sunward Polarine Syrup 60ml may be unsafe to be used during pregnancy. Animal studies have shown adverse reactions on the fetus, however, there are limited human studies. The benefits from use in pregnant women may outweigh the risk. Please consult your doctor before consuming it.

Breastfeeding Warning (Not Advisable)
Sunward Polarine Syrup 60ml can reduce lactation and may be secreted in breastmilk. Sunward Polarine Syrup 60ml is contraindicated in newborn and infant which can cause irritability and sedation. Please consult your doctor. Sunward Polarine Syrup 60ml can pass into breast milk. Hence, caution should be exercised when prescribing Sunward Polarine Syrup 60ml to breastfeeding mothers.

Driving Warning (Not Advisable)
Do not drive unless you are feeling well. Sunward Polarine Syrup 60ml may cause side effects such as dizziness, headaches, and psychomotor impairment, all of which could affect your ability to concentrate and drive. Sunward Polarine Syrup 60ml usually does not affect the ability to drive. Do not drive unless you are feeling well.

Kidney Warning (High Risk)
Sunward Polarine Syrup 60ml should be used with caution in patients with kidney disease. 22% of consumed Sunward Polarine Syrup 60ml is excreted unchanged in the urine. Renal impairment will cause the drugs accumulate in the body which caused unwanted toxicity. Please consult your doctor. The use of Sunward Polarine Syrup 60ml is not recommended in patients with severe kidney disease. Please consult your doctor.

Liver Warning (Use With Care)
Sunward Polarine Syrup 60ml should be used with caution in patients with liver disease. Sunward Polarine Syrup 60ml metabolised in the liver by a specific enzyme, CYP450. Liver impairment will affect the pharmacokinetics of Sunward Polarine Syrup 60ml and lead to unwanted side effects. Dose adjustment of Sunward Polarine Syrup 60ml may be needed. Please consult your doctor. Sunward Polarine Syrup 60ml rarely leads to any hepatic impairment unless in the elderly patients.
