This product is sold over the counter as a support and compression device and is available in multiple sizes based on thigh circumference measured above the kneecap. It does not contain any active pharmaceutical ingredient.

Measure the circumference of the lower thigh, about one inch above the kneecap, to select the correct size. Slide the guard over the knee so it sits centred on the kneecap, and adjust any straps or closures for a snug but comfortable fit.
