Enstilar Cutaneous Foam should only be used according to the dosage and duration prescribed by your doctor following an online consultation with DoctorOnCall. Shake the canister well before each use, then spray the foam directly onto the affected areas of skin from a short distance, usually once daily. Allow the foam to melt on contact with the skin and spread it in gently, avoiding the face, eyes, lips, and skin folds unless your doctor specifically advises otherwise.

The dosage of Enstilar Cutaneous Foam is determined individually by your prescribing doctor based on the extent of your psoriasis, and treatment is typically applied once daily for up to four weeks at a time. Store Enstilar Cutaneous Foam below 30 degrees Celsius, away from direct sunlight and sources of heat, as the canister is pressurised and flammable. Do not refrigerate, freeze, puncture, or burn the canister even when it appears empty, and keep it out of reach of children and pets at all times.

• Burning, stinging, or itching sensation at the application site
• Skin redness or irritation
• Folliculitis (inflammation of hair follicles)
• Thinning of the skin with prolonged or excessive use
• Lightening or darkening of treated skin (hypo- or hyperpigmentation)
• Rare allergic reactions such as rash or swelling

• Known hypersensitivity to calcipotriol, betamethasone dipropionate, or other ingredients in the foam
• Viral skin infections such as herpes or chickenpox, or fungal and bacterial skin infections
• Erythrodermic, exfoliative, or pustular psoriasis
• Known disorders of calcium metabolism
• Not for use on the face, groin, or armpits unless specifically directed by a doctor
• Use in pregnancy or breastfeeding only if clearly advised by a doctor

• Concurrent use with other vitamin D analogues may increase the risk of elevated blood calcium levels
• Using other topical corticosteroids at the same time may increase the risk of skin thinning
• Applying other medicated creams or ointments to the same area may reduce effectiveness or increase irritation
• Inform your doctor of all other medicines and topical products you are using before starting treatment
