Entresto 50 mg Tablet belongs to a group of medicines called angiotensin receptor neprilysin inhibitors (ARNIs), and it contains the active ingredients sacubitril and valsartan. Please consult your doctor before use to know if it’s suitable for you. Some people may experience side effects such as dizziness, low blood pressure, diarrhea, or cough — these don’ occur in everyone but it’s good to be aware. Swallow the tablet whole with water, preferably at the same time every day, with or without food. Follow the dose exactly as prescribed by your doctor.

Entresto 50mg Tablet has a shelf life of 36 months from the date of manufacture.

Do not take Entresto if you are allergic to sacubitril, valsartan, or any other ingredient in the tablet. It should not be used in combination with ACE inhibitors or within 36 hours of stopping them. This medication is also not advised during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless clearly directed by a doctor. Patients with hereditary angioedema or severe liver disease should avoid this medication.

Avoid taking Entresto with potassium supplements or salt substitutes containing potassium, as it may increase blood potassium levels dangerously. Combining Entresto with certain painkillers and medications like ACE inhibitors or ARBs can lead to adverse interactions.
