Position your baby on their side or sit them upright, whichever is more comfortable and allows better control. Gently insert the soft nozzle just inside one nostril and press briefly for a gentle spray, then allow the solution to work for a few seconds before wiping away any excess fluid or loosened mucus with a soft tissue. Repeat for the other nostril. Use a nasal aspirator afterwards if the mucus is thick and difficult to clear. Clean the nozzle after each use and always supervise your baby during and immediately after use.

As a non-medicated hygiene spray, there is no fixed pharmacological dose. General usage guidance for babies is one to two gentle sprays into each nostril, one to three times a day, or as directed by a healthcare provider, particularly before feeding or sleeping if the nose feels blocked, and during colds or nasal congestion. Always administer the spray as the caregiver and supervise your baby throughout; check with your paediatrician or pharmacist if you are unsure about frequency for a newborn or unwell baby.

Use before the expiry date printed on the bottle and carton. As with most multi-dose baby nasal sprays, check the packaging for any stated in-use period after first opening (commonly a few months), and discard the bottle once that period has passed, even if solution remains, given the added hygiene sensitivity needed for infant products.

Store below 25°C, away from direct sunlight and heat, and well out of the reach and sight of children. Keep the bottle upright with the cap closed between uses, and do not freeze.
