NutriWorks Flexi-Patch

NutriWorks Flexi-Patch is a non-medicated adhesive patch designed for application to the sole of the foot, sold under the NutriWorks brand and commonly marketed within the foot-patch/reflexology-patch wellness category. It consists of a small central pad containing a powdered plant-based formulation, backed by a breathable, skin-friendly adhesive sheet that holds the pad in place.

The central pad is made using purified, finely powderised Mandarin Wood Vinegar as its main ingredient, combined with tourmaline (a mineral commonly included in wellness patches) and green tea extract. NutriWorks Flexi-Patch is a general wellness/personal care product rather than a registered pharmaceutical medicine, and is sold OTC (Over-the-Counter) in Malaysia — it can be purchased at pharmacies such as Watsons and through online platforms including DoctorOnCall without needing a doctor’s prescription.

NutriWorks Flexi-Patch is sold in various pack counts, commonly including boxes of 2, 8, 10, 20 and 60 patches, giving buyers the flexibility to choose a pack size suited to how often they intend to use it.

Peel the patch layers apart to separate the ingredient pad from its backing. Place the pad against the clean, dry sole of the foot, then press the adhesive sheet over it to secure it in place. The patch is typically worn overnight or for the duration stated on the packaging, and then removed and discarded.

Use one new patch per foot for each application — do not reuse a patch. After removing the patch, wash the sole of the foot with water. If irritation, redness or discomfort develops at the application site, remove the patch immediately and discontinue use.

NutriWorks Flexi-Patch is a non-medicated topical patch, not a medicine, so there is no pharmacological dose, daily maximum, or missed-dose schedule to follow. It is simply applied according to the frequency stated on the packaging, commonly once daily, usually overnight.

If a patch is accidentally left on for longer than the recommended wear time, remove it and wash the area; this is not associated with a dosing emergency in the way a medicine overdose would be.
