Overview
Oestrogel 0.06% Topical Gel is supplied as a gel, with Estradiol 0.06% w/w. It is supplied in pack sizes of 80g and 80g x3.
No prescription is required for this product, as it is a non-prescription medicine. This page is limited to product, safety and handling information.
If you would like guidance before buying, you can speak to a doctor or pharmacist through an online consultation on DoctorOnCall. Orders are dispensed by a registered pharmacist and delivered to your address.
Directions for Use
Apply the gel to clean, dry, unbroken skin, typically on the arms, shoulders or inner thighs, as instructed by your doctor, spreading it over a slightly larger area than a standard hand-sized area and allowing it to dry fully before dressing. Rotate the application site as advised to reduce skin irritation, and avoid applying to the breasts or genital area unless specifically instructed. Wash your hands after application unless they are the application site, and avoid showering, swimming or applying sunscreen over the area for at least an hour after application, or as your doctor advises, so the gel has time to absorb.
Dosage
The dose is individualised by your doctor based on your menopausal symptoms, medical history and response to treatment, usually starting with the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration needed to control symptoms, with periodic review to reassess ongoing need. Do not increase or decrease the amount of gel applied, or the frequency, without your doctor’s advice, and attend follow-up reviews as scheduled, especially if you still have a uterus, as additional progestogen therapy may be needed to protect the womb lining.
Storage Instructions
Store below 30 degrees Celsius, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat, with the tube cap or pump closed tightly between uses. Keep out of reach and sight of children, and avoid contact between the application site and other household members, particularly children and pregnant women, until the gel has fully dried.

Relevant Information
Hormone replacement therapy such as Oestrogel can meaningfully improve quality of life for women experiencing troublesome menopausal symptoms, and the transdermal gel route is often chosen because it may carry a different risk profile for blood clots compared with oral oestrogen tablets in some patients. However, HRT is not appropriate for everyone, and a doctor’s individual assessment of your personal and family medical history, including cancer, clotting and cardiovascular risk factors, is essential before starting and during ongoing treatment. Customers in Malaysia and Singapore should use DoctorOnCall’s online consultation service to determine suitability and should have regular medical review, including consideration of periodic breast and gynaecological screening as advised by their doctor.

Within Malaysia, standard delivery takes 3 to 5 working days. Same-day delivery is available in the Klang Valley for orders placed before 12pm; orders placed after 12pm arrive by the end of the next day.
Orders to Singapore are sent as international deliveries and take 5 to 9 working days. A lump-sum shipping and handling fee applies to every overseas delivery and is shown at checkout.
Customers in Malaysia can pay by FPX online banking, credit or debit card (Visa and Mastercard), and supported e-wallets including Touch ‘n Go eWallet, GrabPay and ShopeePay.
FPX and local e-wallets are tied to Malaysian bank and wallet accounts, so if your delivery address is in Singapore, use the payment options displayed at checkout for that address rather than assuming the same list applies.

Singapore’s Health Sciences Authority (HSA) allows personal imports of up to three months’ supply of a medicine for your own use or an immediate family member’s, as long as it contains no controlled drugs, psychotropic substances or prohibited items. Keep the product in its original labelled packaging and keep a copy of your prescription or doctor’s letter with it. Quantities above three months’ supply, and medicines containing controlled substances, require prior HSA approval.
Products listed on DoctorOnCall are registered with Malaysia’s Ministry of Health for supply in Malaysia, and each pack carries its MAL registration number.
An order delivered to Singapore arrives as a personal import of a Malaysia-registered product; HSA product registration is not required for personal-use quantities, but it is also not the same as a product registered for sale in Singapore. If you need a locally registered Singapore product, buy it from a pharmacy in Singapore.
DoctorOnCall’s customer care team handles order, delivery and product queries through the contact channels on the site, including WhatsApp and the online help centre.
For deliveries to Singapore, allow more time before chasing an order than you would for a local Malaysian delivery, as the parcel passes through customs clearance and tracking updates can appear later in the journey.
