Xepa Ezede 10mg Tablet contains cetirizine 10mg, a second-generation antihistamine that provides effective, once-daily relief from allergy symptoms with a lower likelihood of causing drowsiness compared to older antihistamines such as chlorpheniramine. It works by blocking histamine, the chemical the body releases during an allergic reaction, helping to relieve sneezing, a runny or itchy nose, watery and itchy eyes, and itchy skin.

It is commonly used for allergic rhinitis, including seasonal hay fever and year-round (perennial) allergies, as well as chronic hives (urticaria) with persistent itching and skin welts. Because cetirizine is generally well tolerated for regular daytime use, Xepa Ezede 10mg Tablet is a popular choice for people who need consistent allergy control without the marked sleepiness associated with first-generation antihistamines, although a small proportion of users may still notice some drowsiness.

Cetirizine is a second-generation antihistamine that selectively blocks peripheral H1-histamine receptors, preventing histamine from causing the typical allergic symptoms of itching, swelling, sneezing, and excess mucus or tear production.
