Overview

Dermal G Cream is a cream with Gentamicin Sulfate declared as its active content. It is supplied in a pack size of 15g.

This is a non-prescription product and can be purchased without a prescription. Only product, safety and handling details are published on this page.

An online consultation with a DoctorOnCall doctor or pharmacist is available for this product, and a registered pharmacist reviews each order before dispatch to Malaysia or Singapore. Follow the directions on the label and on the leaflet inside the pack.

Directions for Use

Dermal G Cream should be used strictly as directed by the prescribing doctor. A thin layer is usually applied to the cleaned, affected area two to three times daily, gently rubbed in, with hands washed before and after application. The treated area may be left uncovered or lightly covered as advised, and the full course should be completed even if the skin appears to improve before finishing, unless a doctor advises otherwise.

Dosage

The frequency and duration of Dermal G Cream use are determined by the prescribing doctor based on the type, severity, and extent of the skin infection. Treatment courses are typically short, often around 7 to 14 days, and should not be extended or repeated without further medical assessment to reduce the risk of antibiotic resistance.

Shelf Life

Dermal G Cream is generally stable for up to 24 to 36 months from the date of manufacture when unopened and stored correctly; the exact expiry date is printed on the tube and outer packaging. Do not use the cream beyond its stated expiry date.

Storage Instructions

Store Dermal G Cream below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep the tube tightly closed after each use and out of reach of children.
