Exelon Patch 10 (9.5mg/24h) is a transdermal patch that delivers medicine slowly through your skin over 24 hours. It belongs to a class of drugs known as cholinesterase inhibitors and contains the active ingredient rivastigmine. Some common side effects you may notice include skin irritation, nausea, dizziness, and trouble sleeping.

Apply one Exelon Patch 10 directly to clean, dry, and hairless skin—typically on the upper back, chest, or upper arm—once every 24 hours.

The recommended dosage is one patch per day, delivering a steady dose over 24 hours; do not use more than one patch at a time unless instructed by your doctor.

Typically, the shelf life is 2 to 3 years from the manufacturing date—check the box or patch pouch for the exact expiry date.

Store in a cool, dry place below 30°C, away from direct sunlight and moisture. Keep each patch sealed in its pouch until ready to use.

You should not use Exelon Patch 10 if you’re allergic to rivastigmine or any components of the patch. It’s also not suitable for those who have had severe skin reactions with previous patch use or certain medical conditions. Always consult your physician before starting.
