1. Unfold the diaper and centre the cotton pad in the middle. 2. Fold the back upper edge inwards along the waistline. 3. With the patient lying down, open the front flap and fold the upper edge inwards. Fasten the bottom and upper tapes to the appropriate patterns on the right and left for a suitable fit.
