Physical exercise on a regular basis might help you feel better. It also increases insulin sensitivity, which means it performs better in your body. As a result, your blood sugar levels may become more stable. If you are not already active, start slowly and consistently work your way up by gradually increasing the amount of exercise you do. Aim for 4 to 7 workout sessions every week. Try to keep each session at least 30 minutes long.
