Brewer's yeast is a yeast that is used in the making of beer and bread, mainly Saccharomyces cerevisiae.
Brewer's yeast can also be taken as a dietary supplement as in BioGrow Biogrow-Vite Capsule. It's high in chromium, which may help your body keep blood sugar levels in check. It's also high in B vitamins.
Brewer's yeast's probiotic properties may help avoid diarrhoea. It has been used to treat different digestive issues such as antibiotic-induced diarrhea, Inflammatory Bowel Syndrome, traveler's diarrhoea and lactose intolerance. Brewer's yeast can help maintain healthy skin, hair, eyes, and mouth. It may help boost the immunological systems.
Vitamin A is important to maintain eyesight, especially in low light, maintain healthy mucous membranes and supports the immune system. It also contains antioxidant properties, which removes toxic free radicals from the body.
