Can i consume 1000mg of vitamin c soluble daily?

By the title, is it okay to consume 1000mg of vitamin c soluble everyday? I’ve been doing it for this past couple of weeks and wondering if 1000mg is okay?

For adults, the recommended daily amount for vitamin C is 65 to 90 milligrams (mg) a day, and the upper limit is 2,000 mg a day. Although too much dietary vitamin C is unlikely to be harmful, megadoses of vitamin C supplements might cause: diarrhea and nausea.

Vitamin C is water-soluble, so any excess is usually excreted in the urine rather than stored in the body.
