Dopatab 250mg Tablet is a medication that may be used alone or in conjunction with other medications. Taking it with or without meals is not a problem. While it is OK to take it at any time of day, it is recommended that you take it at the same time each day. You should take this medication exactly as prescribed by your doctor, and you should never stop using it suddenly without first contacting your doctor. The majority of individuals who have high blood pressure do not experience any symptoms, but if you stop taking your medication, your condition may worsen. The risk of heart disease and stroke increases if your blood pressure begins to rise again as a result of this behaviour. It is important that you get your blood pressure tested on a regular basis. Taking this medication is just one component of a comprehensive treatment programme that should include a balanced diet, regular exercise, tobacco cessation, limitation of alcohol use, and weight loss, among other things. While taking this medication, you may eat as you usually would, but you should attempt to limit your salt consumption. Headaches, weakness, dizziness, and dry mouth are some of the most common adverse effects of this medication. If any of these side effects are bothering you, you should see your doctor. You should inform your doctor if you have any renal or liver problems before using this medication. It should also be avoided by pregnant women and nursing moms who are not under the supervision of a physician. Aside from this medication, you must tell the doctor of any and all other medications that you are taking at the time.
How To Use Dopatab 250mg Tablet 10s (strip)
This medicine is for oral use only. Swallow this medication as a whole with water. Do not chew, crush or break it. It is better to take this medication at a fixed time each day if it is indicated for everyday use.
As with all medications, you may experience some side effects. Not everyone experiences it. This is not a cause for concern. However, it is so that you are aware of it.
There is no clear contraindication on the consumption of alcohol when taking Dopatab 250mg Tablet 10s (strip).
Pregnancy Warning (Not Safe)
Dopatab 250mg Tablet 10s (strip) crosses placenta but according to human pregnancy data, it is safe to be used as there were no fetal harm or toxicity reported.
Breastfeeding Warning (Safe If Prescribed)
The metabolites of Dopatab 250mg Tablet 10s (strip) been detected in human breastmilk and thus it should be used with caution during breastfeeding only if the benefits outweigh the risks.
Driving Warning (Not Advisable)
It is not advisable to drive when under Dopatab 250mg Tablet 10s (strip) treatment due to its potential side effects such as fatigue, headache and dizziness which can affect the ability to concentrate and drive.
Kidney Warning (Use With Care)
Dosage adjustment may be needed for patients with renal impairment with lower doses.
Liver Warning (Safe If Prescribed)
Dopatab 250mg Tablet 10s (strip) should be used with caution and close monitoring is advisable for patients with hepatic impairment. It is contraindicated in those with active liver disease.

Medicate around bedtime.
It causes dizziness and lightheadedness. Do not drive or operate equipment if this occurs to you.
Your doctor may test liver function. Tell your doctor if you detect yellowing of the skin or whites of the eyes, nausea, vomiting, or discomfort in your abdomen.
