Makan ubat lawas sembelit setiap minggu

Assalamualaikum doktar… since im having symptoms of severe pms… im also having constipation… sometimes i haven’t pooped for a week or over a week… Since that i started to take ubat lawas sembelit yang warna kuning every week… it is safe to take that every week? Or it can give me effects someday?
