Leucorrhea has yellow and a little bit of blood

Hi my body has this some woman body problem ,Leucorrhea, but recently i found out it come out yellowing and a little bit of blood , may i know what causes this and the best suggestion to this problem ?

  • Vaginal irritation due to the insertion of contraceptive devices.
  • Anemia.
  • Yellow Vaginal Discharge
  • Diabetes.
  • A contraceptive device used by the partner that causes irritation.
