Borderline anaemia and abdominal cramp

I am a married woman in my mid 20’s. I just received my med c/up report and my blood test showed a borderline anaemia. The result said “There is borderline anaemia. Red cells show mild erythrocytosis, hypocromia, microcytosis, an occasional target cell, a mild anistocytosis and mild rouleaux formation. An occasional atypical lymphocyte seen. Platelets appear normal.”

1st Q’s: May I know what supplement should I take?

2nd Q’s: I usually have period pain during the month but it looks like it is getting worse. Recently, I had a cramp at my left side lower abdomen (not during my period). Should I go to a nearby clinic and get a check up?

3rd Q’s: Sometimes I think I saw blood stains in my stool. And ever month, during my period, I will have problem to defecate. what should I do?

Please help. TQ!
