My parents said my sleep time is longer than usual and i feel nausea when stress. Is it normal?

Hi I’m 21 years old female. I always sleep 10 to 13 hour a day and still feel tired. I cannot drink caffeine because it’s make my head hurts. Also whenever I feel stress i feel want to vomit. Is it normal?
