Hi and thank you for reaching out to us.

First and foremost, we truly understand your concerns regarding your symptoms and other health problems you might be facing.

  • thyroid issues
  • heart disease
  • sleep apnea
  • depression
  • narcolepsy
  • certain medications

Stress is one of the factors or causes that lead to nausea and vomit. Here are some tips how to reduce stress:

  • Exercise. Exercise is one of the most important things you can do to combat stress
  • Consider supplements. Several supplements promote stress and anxiety reduction
  • Light a candle
  • Reduce your caffeine intake
  • Chew gum
  • Spend time with friends and family
  • Laugh.
