Sexual Transmitted Infection

Hi greetings to all respected doctors,

I would like to ask a few questions and this post might be quite long but I really hope that someone could answer to all my questions

I had sex with my partner, both of us never do sex before and the first time i have sex i always hold myself from peed. This happened in February last year(2018) and a week after that, i always had the urge to peed but it fails to come out whenever i want to pee. So i suspected myself with Urge Incotinence.

A few months after that, we had sex again. But i can pee normally again. Then, around may or june 2018 (i cant remember), i feels the burning sensation down to my vagina when i peed and that was the first time i had this weird discharge (green).

I keep this to myself and i decided to consult a dr regarding this matter on January 2019. I talked to the dr what happened. Dr decided to do some pap smear test and i was gave 5 medications in total which were clotrimazole vaginal inserts, metronidazole 200mg Tab, Paracetamol 500mg Tablet and the other 4 tablet i cant remember what was it and dr also gave me an injection but idk the name, i think it was penincilin injection which they injected on my butt. That was my very first appointment with my dr. I finished all the meds but i kept having it so i decided to go to the dr again 3 or 4 weeks after that. The dr said i was Std positive but she didnt mentioned what kind of STD i am suffering since the other 3 results were still pending. I was given ampicilin + sulbactam 375mg tab. I also finished that on time. I dont have sex on my treatment period. And i never went to the dr since then. I just bear with the pain and keep having the green discharge.

Then, the latest one on 16/10 i went to the dr again and complaint for the same concern which were the weird discharge plus abdominal pain, he read my medical hx, and he just prescribed me with PCM and also the UTI powder? Idk the name of the powder.

So my question here, why does it took so long for me to recover? And if i have sex with my partner, what is the possibilities i am exposed to HIV since i already had swollen glands on my both sides of neck, but when i did the HIV test on my first appointment, i was negative.

Thank you so much dr. Have a good night
