Blood in urine test while my body condition is in normal condition

Hi!I’m a woman, 24 yo. Month ago I did my medical checkup at a private hospital for scholarship. Then found out there were 3+ blood in my urine test. My period ended 6 days before I went for the medical checkup and the dr asked me to repeat my urine 3 days after. The result still same got blood in urine test. Then I went to gov hospital for further checkup. They did the blood test, ecg test, and urine test again but they said all normal except for the urine test (again). I did not get any weird symptom. My body is in normal condition(my urine colour also normal, there’s no blood). Currently I need to wait for the specialist appointment but I’m worried about my health condition. Then I went to clinic again for urine test last 2 weeks (just curious if the blood still there or not) and yess it still there (2+ blood). The dr did scan the liver, kidney and my reproduction area but he said it’s all normal. There’s no sign gallstone or anything. I really hope I get to know what are the causes and get some health tips while waiting for the appointment. ( since It takes time due to covid)
