Doesn’t stop bleeding after 8 hours of tooth extraction

Hi Doctor. I am 22 y/o. I just done a tooth extraction this morning at 10 am but the bleeding still doesn’t stop until now 6.00 pm. Is it a sign of serious matter? Because I’m a bit panicked.
