Hello!
Thank you for reaching out to us regarding your query.

We understand you are worried about your wife who has had a history of blood clot during pregnancy. We will try to help you out.

For your information, the Covid-19 vaccine that is available here in Malaysia is safe and is recommended for all adults without a history of severe allergic reaction or an acute illness. So, it is safe for your wife to get any Covid-19 vaccine as the risk of developing blood clot is extremely rare. You should know that your wife is at a higher risk of getting a severe Covid-19 infection due to her history of blood clot, so she should be vaccinated as soon as possible.

We hope that this answer has been helpful. Please speak to a doctor if your have further questions.
