Had unprotected foreplay & is emergency contraceptive needed?

Hi doctor, I am a 21/F. Me and my bf had a foreplay just now. At first he had his shorts on but I was naked. He gave me oral. Then he got naked but his private part did not touch my private part, at this point we were both naked. He also touched me down there with his fingers, but his fingers were dry and he even washed his hands with soap before touching me down there. Also, he was dry down there the whole time from start till end as I checked him a few times and asked him a few times if he was dry just to make sure as well. However, is there a possibility for pregnancy to occur when i (naked) grind on him while he was wearing shorts? And is there a possibility that I could get pregnant even when we’re naked but our private parts did not touch/come in any contact with each other’s private parts? Is there a possibility to get pregnant just by him touching me down there with his fingers although they were dry and had nothing on them? Do I still have to take an emergency contraceptive pill just in case? If so, which pill do I take and how do I take it? Thank you.
