I do not know that i am pregnant but i’ve Consumed ibuprofen and myodol
Hi.
2-3 weeks ago, my doctor said that it is impossible to get pregnant due no dominant follicles during TVS (for this period cycle).
Later, doctor prescribed ibuprofen, SSD cream and myodol for my burned skin & tore tissue.
What are the possibility of getting pregnancy when there are no dominat follicles?
And what are the possibility of birth defects if i used the said drugs if i am pregnant?

We understand your concern regarding the side effects of ibuprofen on pregnancy.
The development of follicle is depending on the hormone which is known as follicle stimulating hormone (FSH). If the level of FSH is low in the body, that means the follicle cannot be developed and matured and this makes the possibility to get pregnant is low.
There are various and undergoing studies that is carried out to find what are the effects of ibuprofen towards pregnancy. Here are some of the side effects:
- Miscarriage
- Increasing the risk of having birth defects such as cleft lip or palate
- Oligohydramnios where the amniotic fluid is reduced
