I have a questions. I have a low blood sugar and low blood pressure. I want to start a diet because my BMI its already obese ? What methods can be used for me to take a healthy diet. Because I was on my diet two days ago. I decided to start atkins diet which is i cant eat rice and taking sugar. After two days diet. When Im wake up in the morning. I was hypoglycemia. Is it dangerous to practice diet without eating rice and sugar for me ?

For your information, atkins diet is not recommended if you’re just started dieting. Instead try to eat meals that are balanced but in small proportions. You can use the food pyramid as a guideline. Our body needs energy to keep working throughout the day. The energy comes from the sugar in carbohydrates. So the body has a requirement for it’s sugar intake. Take the right amount to stay healthy and keep your body active.
