Medication for High Blood Pressure

My mom is 65 and is with high blood pressure and diabetic. She is on high blood pressure, Cholesterol and Blood thinning medication. Due to leg swelling, we consulted doctor and got the medications changed. Now she has Perindopril 4mg (2 tablets Once a day), Frusemide 40mg (1/2 Tablet, twice a day) & additionally Felodipine 10mg (1 tablet 2 times a day).

As we are far away, she is unsure which is the replacement tablet. Anyone would be able to advise if any of these can be a cause to leg swelling and if Felodipine/Plendil is alternative to Perindopril ?
