Hi docs! I’m 24 yo Female and been having problem sleeping for the past few months (near to a year). I had been only getting sleep everyday for around 4 - 5 hours daily sometimes even lesser. I wanted to try melatonin pills but I don’t seem to be able to get my hands on it from my local pharmacy, is this meds can only obtain by being prescribed?
