Hi! May I know if Vitamin C 1000mg are safe to consume for adult with no cronic or severe health problem as I read somewhere that adult should be consuming only 100mg of Vitamin C each day which can easily be found in guava or orange

For your information, the daily recommendation of Vitamin C intake is about 70-100mg daily. Usually, 5 servings of fruit are sufficient for daily vitamin C intake. Supplements however come in higher doses like 1000mg. This is safe to consume as vitamin C is soluble in water and any excess is flushed out through urine. However, vitamin C taken in excess can be toxic and may cause diarrhea. Please follow the recommended dosage provided in the packaging before consuming vitamin C supplements.
