For your information, in line with the authority’s recommendation, vaccine recipients with the status person under investigation (PUI), close contact of Covid-19 patients or person under surveillance (PUS) are not allowed to attend the Vaccine Administration Center. For casual contact which the individuals who were likely exposed to another person infected with COVID-19, you are suggested to undergo a swab test to confirm your status. Even though, normally it is not compulsory for a casual contact to do a swab test. Despite you are unlikely to get infected just from having been in the same place with patient with COVID-19, you are a casual contact if you have been within only two meters of someone with COVID-19 for less than 15 minutes.

Nevertheless, it is better that you get further confirmation from a doctor or specialist at a nearby clinic or hospital, as well as report to the medical officer at your Vaccination Center.

You can also contact the Crisis Preparedness and Response Center (CPRC) or JKJAV. In addition, continue the routine of regular hand hygiene, practice social/physical incarceration, wear face masks outdoors and adhere to other pandemic SOPs.
