Creatine Monohydrate Supplementation

Hi, I have researched online regarding side effects of creatine monohydrate and most of the research on academic studies doesn’t seem to be have negative health side effects to supplementing with creatine monohydrate (~5g/day). I have not had any negative symptoms so far and latest health checkup results in 2017 does not indicate any negative indicators of health issues (been supplementing creatine for >5 years)

May I ask if there are any potential sides effects/negative consequences for supplementing with creatine daily with the above dosage (~5g/day) in the long term? Thanks
