Essential thrombocytosis

I’m 47yo and I’m feeling good so far. I have been diagnosed with essential thrombocytosis 2019 and exercise regularly (brisk walk) and eat moderately well. Only slightly dizzy/off balance sometimes. I take vitamin B and K. What by-counter product should I take besides that? Some says Cardiprin but other say Caspirin? Are there any alternative treatment for Essential thrombocytosis? Thanks in advance.

So that no unnecessary product or those that can give an adverse effect, would be taken. Correspondingly, the information given by you might only touch the surface of the puzzle.

However other than remember to not only depends on supplementation to ensure good health. One must also have the right & healthy diet, good sleep & personal hygiene, and exercise regularly.

Ideally, I advise you to stick with the current medication as per the current consultation and refer to your doctor to evaluate whether other medication is necessary or can be taken as extra initiatives, as the drugs that u=you mentioned above might require prescriptions.
