Hormonal migraines every month

I am a 16 year old female and every month i tend to get these painful migraines approximately 2 weeks before my cycle starts. The migraine usually lasts for 1-3 days when i’m ovulating. It tends to hurt more when i’m in a stress environment. This has been ongoing for about 3 years consistently. Is this something i should worry about?
