How to choose calcium supplements?

I am 29 this year. Female. Having questions on how to choose suitable calcium supplements as there are so many out there.

Thank you for your questions.

For your information, pregnant lady requires 1000mg calcium daily. Dairy foods such as milk, cheese and yogurt are some of the best sources of calcium. Dark, leafy green vegetables also have calcium but in much smaller amounts. If your are able to drink milk naturally, a glass of milk a day is sufficient to provide the correct amount of calcium daily.

The recommended daily intake (RDI) of calcium is 1,000 mg per day for most adults, though women over 50 and everyone over 70 should get 1,200 mg per day.
