Ileostomy Output Control

Hi Doctor! I have an ileostomy. I am prescribed by the MO in H.Putrajaya, Diphenoxylate 2.5mg + Atropine Sulphate 25mcg tablets to help reduce the frequency and liquidity of the output. Supply given by hospital is not enough, thus I have to buy it outside. Would like to check if I can take Beamotil Tablet (2.5mg) or Dhamotil Tablet (2.5mg) or any other recommendation to control the output too? (note: I have tried Loramide 2mg Capsule before, but not so effective). Kindly advise…
