Mecobalamin Vs Alpha Lipoic asid which one better
I am a man in my 30”s and has been few years with Hypertension and Diabetic . If i need to choose mecobalamin or Alpha Lipoic asid for addtional suppliment which one better for my nerve ?

Mecobalamin derived from vitamin B12. Alpha-lipoic acid on the other hand, is an antioxidant derivative. Both components can supplement the nervous system. However, we still felt it is best that you bring up this type of discussion with the doctor that has to diagnose your hypertension and diabetic or to whom that you occasionally has access to for the monthly medication appointment.
More importantly, a supplement can never outclass the importance of prescribed medication that the doctor has arrange for you to consume.
