Menses again after 6 days last menses

Hi. I’m 23 years old, female. Currently tca under O&G for irregular menses. I was prescribed with hormone pill (2mg Cyproterone Acetate 0.035mg Ethlnylestradiol) (21 days per cycle).

  • 30/3 - 19/4 = pill cycle.
  • 25/4 - 30/4 = period.
  • then I start another cycle of pill on 27/4.

but suddenly on 7/5 I had period again with dysmenorrhea and headache. I never experience this before. my next tca is on June. Is it normal and I just wait for my next tca or should I go to the hospital? and should I continue eating the pills or should I stop?

Thank you doctor.
