Late period and hypothyroism

I am a 22 year old girl and I was diagnosed with Hashimoto Syndrome approximately 2 years ago. I am already on medication using Euthyrox 75 mg once a day but my problem has to do with the fact that I have always had regular menstruation but now I am 10 days late and I am also a virgin. Is this normal? Thank you!
