Sinus/Running Nose for more than 1 month

Dear Dr.
I have sinus/running nose problem since early of March. On 3 March, I went to my panel, medication was given for 3 days. After 3 days, problem persisted. Then, 10 March to see another panel doctor, medicine for 5 days was given for running nose. After that, I went to see the same doctor, this time medicine was given for 7 days (during MCO). After 7 days, problem persisted. Then, I went to pharmacy to purchase the medicines (Pseudoephedrine HCL 60mg for night and 5mg Loratadine with 120mg Pseudoephedirne Silfate for morning). I keep consuming these medicines because I will have block nose if I stop taking.
My worries are:

  1. Is it safe to continue as I dare not to see doctor during MCO?
  2. Any side effects if I continue to take the medicine?
    Thank you.

  • Dry air
  • Side- effect of long term medications
  • Non-allergic rhinitis
