For your information, the medication you mentioned above is used to treat fungal and parasite and to be used topically only. However, we are unsure whether you may used it for your current pruritus or itching because we are unsure whether it is because of the recurrence of bacterial vaginosis as you mentioned or it is caused by other condition.
