Company ask for Covid-19 test after travel back from Taiwan
I’m 33 years old women and I just travel backed from Taiwan from 18 Feb to 29 Feb. I had been requested by my company to work from home started 2/3 and now they request me to go to panel clinic to get Covid-19 test to proof I’m negative result to this disease then only decide when I can back to office for work.So far I only have sore throat (not sure is it because of the weather or too many fried good we ate during travel) and 1 or 2 time cough in 1 day. Is it okay that I just visit to my nearest clinic and ask them on the test?

Thank you for the questions.
I understand that you need an official letter stating that you are not a COVID19 patient. As for now, the test can only be done in government hospital due to the fact that it is a new virus. The test is done to those who have symptoms and is known to have a high risk profile of COVID19 infection.
Therefore, you are encouraged to answer the quiz on Risk Assessment for COVID-19 to evaluate your health status in regards to this disease. After completing this quiz, you will be classified into several categories as follows:
Low risk: You have to perform self-quarantine at home for at least 14 days. You also have to monitor your health such as taking your temperature and look out for any COVID-19 symptoms like coughing, fever, and shortness of breath.
Moderate risk: You have to visit your nearest healthcare facility to obtain further confirmation.
High risk: You have to visit your nearest healthcare facility immediately. If you are confirmed with COVID-19, you will be referred to a specific hospital and receive further treatment there. You will also be quarantined at the healthcare facility for surveillance.
