I am a woman of 39yo.Been 3days since i had toothache till my right cheek to chin got swollen. As it makes me suffer in pain plus migrain, as usual i took NSAIDS (synflex) whenever i’m in pain. But i got gastric at night which i believed due to the NSAIDS.I need to know what else can i consume other than synflex as i think i cannot have them anymore since it cause me gastric. Would be great if i can easily get the medicine from any pharmacy and at the same time helps relieve my toothache, migrain and gastric.Thank you in advance.

First and foremost it is imperative that we establish whether the symptoms of toothache, migraine and gastric is related to one another or not. Secondly, determining the real causes of that illness.
At a quick glance, the migraine and gastric might be induced by the toothache, henceforth we strongly advise you to seek a dentist consultation soon.
However, all those symptoms might be triggered by other non-related causality. Be advised consuming too much NSAIDS can be detrimental to your stomach in the long run. Hence proper discussion must be made to your attending doctor.
