Recently came back from UK and had symptoms
Hi, I’m 21 years old and I recently came back from the UK on 23rd March. I’ve been quarantined since then but I’ve had symptoms like runny and congested nose, mild fever, headache, mild cough and sore throat the past few days after I came back. Most of the symptoms went away after 2 days and I only have a slight runny nose now. I assumed it was just flu/sinus. However, I just found out that someone on my flight got tested positive for Covid-19. I am unsure if I was ever in close contact with this person but we were on the same flight. Should I get tested?

Hello. Thank you for the question. For your information, it is recommended for those who have symptoms and just recently traveled to countries that are heavily affected by the COVID-19 or having close contact with someone who is a confirmed case of COVID-19. Because you had similar symptoms and traveled with someone who is a confirmed case of COVID-19, you are considered as a close contact and have to get tested.
