Body check up & Women issue

I am a 23 years old women.I’ve done health screening test every year starting from 19 years old. I’m planning to do a health screening test recently and was quite attracted to the women cancer maker packages but also i usually get a pap smear test together with my health screening but it did not include it. Does any health screening package have one?

Besides on that, sometimes during intercourse with my partner i will have a little bleeding right after that. It was just very minor everytime,it won’t stain on panties after that. Its just that there is blood stain on the first wipe that i use to clean my vagina. Well,i don’t think i have any infection as well. I rarely got vagina discharge, but whenever i have discharge it was odourless and transparent or sometimes little milky. I had this issue before my previous pap smear test as well and i told doctor at that time as well. But she say it was fine after the check up and nothing abnormal came out from the test. So i wondering what problem could this be? Is pap smear test the right test to check on this issue? Please advise, thanks
