Dry Cough with Phlegm. COVID-19 Concerns

Hi. I am 26 years old and I did not travel anywhere outside of Malaysia. I am currently having dry cough. It started about 5 days ago. I was diagnosed with allergic (itchy throat with cough, swelling around neck, precisely at throat area). After taking the given medicine, the itchiness and swelling were gone, but the dry cough remained. Now I am having cough (with phlegm). The cough is getting worse. I am not having flu or fever. Should I be concerned about COVID-19 and get myself checked?
