Chemical poisoning + Covid post symptoms

I have inhaled dettol antibacterial All in one disinfectant spray lavender then I faced shortness of breath, chest pain and water vomiting, lidah rasa berangin and not nice. After that, my post covid symptoms which is coughing, phlegm and selsema is getting worse. Sometimes, rasa ngilu dekat tekak when breathing, at night like chest pain lagi sikit sikit and batuk berkahak is worse at night and in the morning. What medication should I take or should I go visit a doctor?
