For your information, according to Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), COVID-19 vaccines were previously recommended to be administered alone, with a minimum interval of 14 days before or after administration of any other vaccines. However, COVID-19 vaccines and other vaccines may now be administered without regard to timing. This may include simultaneous administration of COVID-19 vaccines with other vaccines on the same day, as well as co-administration within 14 days. Besides, COVID-19 vaccines are also safe for breastfeeding mothers, as the rate of complications reported are too small.

Therefore, it is fine for you to take the vaccine jab. Nevertheless, it is better that you get further confirmation from a doctor or specialist at a nearby clinic or hospital, as well as report to the medical officer at your Vaccination Center.

You can also contact the Crisis Preparedness and Response Center (CPRC) or JKJAV. In addition, continue the routine of regular hand hygiene, practice social/physical incarceration, wear face masks outdoors and adhere to other pandemic SOPs.
