I am suffering from H.pylori and gastritis for 5 years. and used PPIs and Antibiotics many times but still have intensive inflation which distrupted my life truly and I am really worry it turns into dysplasia. Recently I have read about the efficacy of Vonoprazan compared to PPIs. Unfortunately doctors in my country dont have information about it and I need to order it online. I read many medical papers during these 5 years.I had a boyfriend which was suspected to HIV. look likes there is a higher prevalence of H.pylori resistance in HIV/H.pylori co-infection patients. is there any hope this nasty bacteria eradicate completely?
